your not even given the chance to get into a system?
for the past 2 days i have been trying to get into a location to try pvp, how the hell am i supposed to enjoy pvp when i can't even get into a location to try it. Gates are camped, anything that moves through the gate is destroyed. Sorry but i just cannot see the point in buying another ship for some campers to pop.

Then use G-5/KBP/Y-MP/R3- or come through Catch Not being nasty or anything but if you can't get into Provi then you need to rethink what the hell you're doing 
have not taken any offence at what you have said m8.
i am fine upto the point where i reach the r3 gate, now for someone who has not done pvp and lived in high no amount of reading or thinking is going to make the route any safer or easier, that can only come from experience and practise. i chose that way as the corp operates out of hp-6z6.
what or where is the catch?
this option i did not even consider it may well be my next move
1. Buy covert ops frigate.
2. Fit covert ops cloak.
3. Laugh at campers in local.
4. Collect tears.

Bring a scout. Travel in groups. Go to a different region. Go to low-sec. Go to wormhole space. Find a highsec to null wormhole and use that to dodge the camp. Use a covops. Use a cloaky interdiction nullifying T3. There are dozens of solutions to your problem, none of which involve posting a whine thread that can only possibly result in scorn and ridicule.

Toxic people like to accuse, tantrum, manipulate and smear their way to habe their own way or even the last word. Their out-of-control emotions and self-centeredness make the blame game and the smear campaign two of their favorite tactics for keeping you engaged with them so they can feed off you.
Upset a toxic person, and theyGÇÖll be shooting infuriating drama-baits your way and just waiting for you to bite the hook, the only way to win with a toxic person is not to play.
so i guess i won't be bothering to check this thread anymore.
